Founder
Paul Cyca
Paul is a pharmacist by training whose work moved through complex healthcare operations into automation, application design and operational systems. That path matters: the software perspective came after learning what it feels like to run the work, manage exceptions, coordinate people and live with systems that create friction.
His experience spans Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft 365, Salesforce-connected workflows, operational reporting, workload and assignment systems, high-volume automation and the work of turning prototypes into deployable solutions.
How we think
Technology is not the hard part.
Clarity over feature count
Every screen should help someone understand, decide or act. More controls do not automatically make better software.
Operations before automation
Automating a bad process faster is still a bad system. Start with priorities, ownership, exceptions and handoffs.
Existing stack first
If Microsoft 365 and Power Platform can solve the problem cleanly, use the investment the organization already has before adding unnecessary infrastructure.
Measure the work removed
ROI should connect to real workload: records, minutes, hours, handoffs, delays or capacity—not vague “digital transformation” language.
Business model
Products when the pattern repeats. Studio when it does not.
FlowScript Products develops repeatable operational software with a path toward Microsoft Marketplace distribution. FlowScript Studio handles custom systems and consulting when an operation is too specific for a product.
The two reinforce each other: real operational problems create better patterns; repeatable patterns become reusable IP.
